Second home in Austria – Step by step
When you buy your holiday home in Oberpinzgau, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
We’ll tell you everything you need to know about the project, the planning, the architecture, construction phases, build quality, fit-out, and prospects for return on investment. Click on Contact to arrange a meeting.
We look forward to meeting you in Oberpinzgau so that you can see the region and the site for yourself, and of course meet us, the developers. Don’t forget you can enjoy advantageous terms by booking a test stay in one of our resorts DAS Wildkogel or DAS Bramberg to experience the Landberg concept at first hand.
If you are ready to proceed, we’ll draw up a formal reservation, which will be signed by both parties (although this is not compulsory under Austrian law) and sent to both sets of lawyers.
We agree on dates for the signing of the relevant documents and the arrangements of any financing required.
At the same time, the rental and management agreement is signed. This step does not require the services of a notary.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the entire process and provide you with the support and advice you need. As you are dealing directly with the construction company, there will be no additional fees payable over and above the purchase price.

Reservation
